Abstract

|
Ulnar nerve entrapment due to an aneurysm of the ulnar artery in Guyon´s canal is rarely described in the literature.
Ulnar tunnel syndrome is characterized by ulnar nerve compression within tight fibrosseous tunnel. Many causes such as-ganglion, lipoma, carpal fractures and thrombosis of ulnar artery may produce ulnar tunnel syndrome.
